Our spacious 34 m² “Comfort” room category provides a double bed and sofa-bed, bathroom with shower, WC (in some cases separate), as well as satellite TV. In this same category, we also offer you a “Romance Room” for two, with double bed, bath with shower and separate WC, on 32 m². These rooms are located on the top floor, easy to reach using the hotel elevator.

The prices listed are per person and night incl. half board. A local visitor's tax is charged extra: € 3 per person (ages 15 and older) per night. Bookings of room with breakfast only are possible, in which case we will deduct € 10 off the half-board price. Short stays of 2 nights or less: adults € 10 per night extra, but no surcharge on the children's rate.

Cancelation Conditions

All reservations may be canceled or rebooked free of charge and for any reason up to 30 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date.

Within 30 days, the following cancelation charges will apply:

29 to 14 days prior to arrival: 40%
13 to 7 days prior to arrival: 70%
less than 6 days prior to arrival, or no-show: 90% of the total cost of the stay.

Right of withdrawal under Section 11 (1) of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Transactions Act (FAGG) does not apply.
All reservations are handled in accordance with the Terms of Business for the Austrian Hotel Industry.

We strongly recommend that our guests purchase holiday cancelation insurance to cover themselves for all eventualities.

Arrival & Parking

Arrival by Car

From Munich
Take the A8 autobahn towards Salzburg and, after crossing the border, switch to the A10 towards Villach. Exit at the Ennstal junction and follow the B320 towards Liezen/Schladming. In Trautenfels, turn onto the B75 in the direction of Donnersbachwald and follow the road to the Planneralm. The Planneralm is about 20 kilometers south of Trautenfels. Please note that Austrian autobahns require a toll sticker ("Vignette") and reflective safety vests are mandatory. Stickers can be purchased at gas stations, and additional toll charges may apply. The distance from Munich to Planner Alpenhof is approximately 270 km, taking around 3.5 hours.

From Vienna
Take the A2 autobahn from Vienna towards Salzburg/Villach. At the St. Michael junction, continue in the direction of Salzburg. Exit at Liezen and follow Ennstalbundesstraße (B320) to the roundabout in Trautenfels. Turn onto the B75 towards Donnersbachwald and follow the road to the Planneralm. The Planneralm is about 20 kilometers south of Trautenfels. The distance from Vienna to Planner Alpenhof is approximately 280 km, taking around 3.5 hours.

From Graz
Take the A9 autobahn from Graz towards Salzburg. Exit at Liezen and follow the Ennstalbundesstraße (B320) to the roundabout in Trautenfels. Turn onto the B75 in the direction of Donnersbachwald and follow the road to the Planneralm. The Planneralm is about 20 kilometers south of Trautenfels. The distance from Graz to Planner Alpenhof is approximately 155 km, taking around 2 hours.
